ENGAGING AND FRICTION-FREE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL USERS
YWCA Toronto is a non-profit organization helping women and girls transform their lives by helping them enhance skills and develop confidence. YWCA Toronto offers a wide range of training and employment programs, as well as community support and family programs across Toronto.
YWCA Toronto was using an outdated and rigid CMS and required a cutting-edge content platform to effectively communicate its key message. The team needed a digital solution that could meet YWCA’s community and member engagement goals, while also offering flexibility to meet the changing demands of their organization. Additionally, YWCA lacked a streamlined online donation solution as well as an eCommerce tool to digitally distribute its publications.
To meet its engagement and revenue goals, YWCA Toronto recognized it needed an eCommerce-enabled website, and a seamless experience for admins to manage products and for site visitors to transact.
After a thorough Discovery Phase lead by Enginess and designed to identify the ways of addressing the organization’s challenge, YWCA selected Advantage CSP as the right platform for its digital presence. Enginess and Advantage CSP utilized Snipcart for the eCommerce portion of the project:

Advantage CSP’s built-in features allow YWCA to accomplish all of its day-to-day core functions without the need for external plugins. YWCA Toronto is able to fully utilize the integrated shopping cart module within their CMS. The final result offers a seamless user experience to end-users while allowing the YWCA team to manage content and operate the online store from one single administrative console.
