Advantage CSP is integrated with our Help Centre, an online ticketing and knowledge base service that we use to quickly respond to and resolve client requests.
A simple Support button in the main navigation opens a lightbox form that gives Advantage CSP administrators priority access to Advantage support staff.
Once in the Help Centre, users can access articles on how to use the platform, along with the ability to chat with support staff and track your support tickets.
You won’t have to leave what you’re doing in order to get assistance.
